It is made with a bidirectional carbon tubular frame and a medium density EVA SOFTCOLOR rubber core (38 mm), laminated with 7 layers of 12K Rhombus carbon fiber and fiberglass. All materials are impregnated with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for optimal elasticity and durability.

It also incorporates Carrera 20 carbon fiber , a flat 18K fabric with a 20x20 mm diamond pattern, which provides greater rigidity and a more precise response to each strike.
